Abstract

Dispositif d'actionnement de soupape à sécurité positive. Le dispositif comprend deux cylindres opposés, perpendiculaires à une tige de soupape. Les pistons des cylindres sont reliés à la tige par une tringlerie et sont sollicités vers le centre, ce qui correspond à la fermeture de la soupape. Pour ouvrir la soupape, un fluide est introduit entre les pistons. Un volant à main est prévu pour ouvrir la soupape par déplacement des pistons au-delà de leur position de repos. Une soupape pneumatique commandée par solénoïde peut être utilisée pour commander la fourniture d'air au dispositif. Une panne de la pression d'air ou un panne de l'alimentation électrique se traduiront par la sollicitation des pistons vers leur position de repos et par la fermeture de la soupape. Application aux dispositifs de commande de soupapes.
