Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de direction à double circuit pour véhicules à moteur. Des deux pompes haute pression de ce système, une seule (première pompe haute pression 16a) est entraînée par le moteur 18 du véhicule, l'autre (deuxième pompe haute pression 16) étant entraînée par l'une au moins des roues du véhicule ; quand ce véhicule est arrêté, un distributeur sélecteur 22 arrête la deuxième pompe haute pression 16 et relie la première 16a à deux distributeurs 8, 8a et, quand le véhicule circule, ce sélecteur change de position sous l'influence de la pression de fluide engendrée par la deuxième pompe haute pression 16 et réunit chacune des deux pompes haute pression à l'un seulement des distributeurs de commande. Application : direction assistée de véhicules.
