Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau pulvérulent permettant de former un revêtement protecteur sur un substrat par pulvérisation à haute température de ce matériau sur la surface de ce substrat Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que l'on soumet un mélange d'au moins deux matériaux en poudre à un traitement thermique à une température et pendant une durée suffisante pour provoquer, d'une part, au moins une réaction chimique mettant en jeu au moins une partie de ces matériaux, et d'autre part, un ramollissement temporaire de ceux-ci, de façon à former un matériau pulvérulent constitué de particules sphéroïdales ou d'agglomérats sphéroidaux de particules dont la composition est la même que celle que l'on désire conférer audit revêtement.
