Abstract

Installation de concassage-broyage, en particulier pour déchets, comportant des corps rotatifs tournant en sens contraire et entre lesquels passe le produit à broyer. Cette installation comporte un broyeur 2 avec au moins deux arbres parallèles 17, 18 sur lesquels plusieurs corps rotatifs en forme de disques 20 pourvus d'arêtes de coupe 24, 25 sur la périphérie, et, entre ces derniers, des organes d'espacement 21 de plus petit diamètre sont montés de façon interchangeable, mais fixés en rotation de manière que les disques 20 des arbres voisins 17, 18 coopèrent en ce sens que les disques, à chaque rotation, se touchent unilatéralement par paire et au moins momentanément dans la zone de leurs arêtes de coupe, tandis que les surfaces périphériques 22 des organes d'espacement délimitent des espaces intermédiaires 23 pour le passage du produit broyé.
