Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de construction d'un trépan pour roches On forme dans le bras 13 du trépan un circuit de lubrification gui comprend une cavité 30 de réservoir, on place dans la cavite un diaphragme élastique 32 qui divise la cavité en une section à lubrifiant 34 et une section d'expansion 31, on remplit le circuit de lubrifiant sous pression de sorte que le diaphragme s'allonge et remplit l'espace 31 puis on supprime l'application de la pression de sorte que le diaphragme se détend et se retire de la section d'expansion; on ferme ensuite, le circuit au moyen d'un bouchon 40. Le volume de la section d'expansion est d'au moins 5 % du volume du circuit. L'invention permet de réaliser un trépan dans lequel les variations de volume de lubrifiant sont automatiquement compensées.
