Abstract

Procédé de détermination quantitative in vitro ou in vivo sans lésions de la concentration de substances optiquement actives. Dans ce procédé, on obtient la concentration de la substance à déterminer par polarimétrie en mesurant la rotation du plan de polarisation optique. Appareil permettant la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. Application particulière à la détermination du niveau de glucose dans le sang, le plasma ou le sérum d'organismes vivants.
