Abstract
On fait réagir le produit de transformation-entre la D-(-)phydroxy-C-phénylglycine, l'acétylacétate d'éthyle ou de méthyle et la triéthylamine avec la 3-triméthylsilyl-2-oxazolidinone pour obtenir le composé répondant à la formule I, qui est mis en réaction avec un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué par le chlorure de pivaloyle, le chlorure de 2-éthyl-hexanoyle et des chloroformiates d'alcoyles pour obtenir un composé pondant à la formule II, que l'on fait ensuite réagir avec un sel de triéthylamine ou, de préférence, l'ester triméthylsilylique de l'acide 6-aminopénicillanique pour obtenir un produit intermédiaire répondant à la formule III qui donne, sous l'action d'eau et d'acide à un pH = 0,6. une solution d'amoxycilline d'où l'on sépare l'antibiotique par précipitation à un pH de 3,30 à 4,20. L'amoxycilline est un antibiotique intéressant.
