Abstract

Selon l'une des réalisations préférées de l'invention, on copolymérise du lactide (de préférence du L-lactide) avec du glycolide. On peut aussi faire des copolymères triséquencés L(-) lactide-glycolide-L(-) lactide. Les articles chirurgicaux ainsi préparés (en particulier des sutures) sont particulièrement utiles pour recoudre des tissus vivants.
