Abstract

Procédé de récupération d'huiles lubrifiantes utilisées et nouveaux produits ainsi obtenus. Dans ce procédé : a. on met en contact l'huile utilisée provenant d'une cuve 1 avec un agent de traitement (provenant d'une cuve 8) constitué par une solution aqueuse de sel d'ammonium ; b. on retire une partie principale de l'eau ; c. on sépare la phase huileuse du produit résiduel résultant; d. on soumet l'huile séparée résultante à un hydrotraitement et, ensuite e on retire la matière lubrifiante huileuse hydrotraitée résultante; de manière facultative, le produit à faible teneur en cendre provenant de l'étape c peut être récupéré pour l'utilisation comme mazout dans des formulations de graisses ou dans la préparation de certains types de formulations d'huiles lubrifiantes. La présente invention est particulièrement utile pour fournir un procédé intégré, universellement applicable à la récupération d'huiles lubrifiantes utilisées, indépendamment des produits de contamination ou des systèmes additifs qui y sont préalablement contenus.
