Abstract

Matériau composite à fort amortissement, à base de métaux ou d'alliages. Il consiste en un matériau de base 1 qui est mauvais amortisseur, mais qui détermine la résistance mécanique et la forme de la pièce, et en une couche superficielle 2 qui produit un fort amortissement mécanique et qui enveloppe le matériau de base de toute part en formant une gaine. Application notamment à la réalisation d'ailettes de machines thermiques.
