Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de protection du fer et de l'acier contre la corrosion par phosphatation et post-traitement par une huile antirouille. Il consiste à traiter les surfaces par une huile minérale contenant de 10 à 30 % en poids du produit acide de la réaction de l'acide polyphosphorique avec un alcool aliphatique en C6 à C22 , de 2 à 10 % en poids d'eau et de 6 à 30 % en poids d'un agent favorisant la dissolution, ce qui forme une couche résistante de phosphate de fer, puis à effectuer le post-traitement par un agent à réaction basique contenant de 20 à 80 % en poids d'huile minérale, de 5 à 30 % en poids d'un sel oléosoluble d'acides alcoylsulfonamidocarboxyliques, de 1 à 10 % en poids d'une imidazoline substituée à longue chaîne et de 2 à 20 % en poids d'un acide gras insaturé.
