Abstract

Ces compositions pour le traitement des surfaces métalliques, notamment de toles en acier, assurent leur protection pendant le stockage, agissent comme lubrifiant lors de l'estampage et continuent à assurer la protection des produits après estampage. Elles consistent en: a) un mélange A comprend de 95 à 65 % en poids d'huile minérale et de 5 à 35 % d'un produit comprenant un alkylarylsulfonate calcique basique et un pétrolatum oxydé, un sel calcique de pétrolatum oxydé ou un sulfonate calcique de pétrole; b) un mélange B, en une quantité de 0,75 à 5 %, contenant un acide aliphatique supérieur saturé, un agent mouillant non-ionique saturé et un agent anti-oxydant phénolique thermiquement stable.
