Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'albumine humaine. Le procédé consiste à traiter une solution aqueuse d'albumine d'origine humaine contenant une substance de groupe sanguin au moyen de polyéthylène glycol pour précipiter les protéines contaminantes contenant la substance de groupe sanguin et à récupérer l'albumine du liquide surnageant. Application à la préparation d'albumine humaine ne contenant ni substance de groupe sanguin, ni substance hypotensive.
