Abstract

a. Moteur deux temps à balayage équicourant. b. Ce moteur, qui comprend un carter pourvu d'un orifice d'aspiration des gaz frais, un cylindre surmontant le carter et comportant un orifice d'admission, un piston déplaçable alternativement dans le cylindre entre un point mort bas où l'orifice d'aspiration et l'orifice d'admission sont en communication et un point mort haut où cette communication est interrompue, et un dispositif d'allumage commandé, se caractérise en ce que l'orifice d'admission est situé à la partie supérieure du cylindre dans lequel il débouche tangentiellement, cet orifice étant prévu à la sortie d'un canal de transfert dont l'entrée, lorsque le piston est au point mort bas, communique avec la cavité du carter par l'intermédiaire d'un perçage réalisé dans la paroi latérale dudit piston. c.
