Abstract

Procédé de nitration en continu de la cellulose. Procédé selon lequel on injecte sous pression à l'aide d'une pompe d'injection une bouillie de cellulose et de bain de nitration dans un réacteur de nitration, constitué par une boucle fermée de tuyauterie, on fait circuler la bouillie en circuit fermé dans cette boucle à l'aide d'une pompe de circulation à un débit de circulation notablement supérieur au débit d'injection, pour assurer une agitation intense de la bouillie, on transfère éventuellement la bouillie de cette boucle successivement dans plusieurs réacteurs secondaires de nitration également constitués chacun par une boucle fermée de tuyauterie équipée d'une pompe de circulation et on soutire la bouillie de la dernière boucle et on récupère la nitrocellulose.
