Abstract

Ce procédé pour la fabrication d'une électrode enrobée pour soudure à l'arc, consiste à appliquer sous pression, sur un fil métallique servant d'âme, une composition de revêtement contenant une solution aqueuse de silicate alcalin en tant que liant principal et une matière inorganique particulaire compo sée d'un oxyde inorganique, d'un carbonate et d'un fluorure. On incorpore, dans cette composition de revêtement, 0,001 à 5,0 % en poids de pullulane, sur la base du silicate alcalin.
