a. L'invention concerne un mécanisme réducteur de vitesse, ou changement de vitesse, automatique, à plusieurs étages, avec rétroaction mécanique et embrayage à joues centrifugea b. Une roue montée sur un moyeu est reliée à un tambour qui est en prise avec une roue libre montée sur un arbre portant une roue intermédiaire, le moyeu étant relié rigidement avec une roue entraînée et tournant avec celle-ci sur l'arbre de sortie, les joues d'un embrayage étant pourvues d'éléments entraîneurs qui les mettent en prise avec un entraîneur réglable de l'arbre de sortie. c. Ce changement de vitesse qui est destiné aux véhicules à deux roues peut aussi être avantageux grâce à ses qualités particulières sur les voitures automobiles.
