Abstract

Cette cape suivant le brevet principal est telle qu'elle puisse également être utilisée, avec sa bande de garantie, pour le bouchage de bouteilles ou flacons en verre qui ne sont pas obturés au préalable par une capsule sertie. Sa jupe extérieure a une longueur telle et est terminée à sa partie inférieure par un jonc intérieur tel, que, lors de la fermeture de la bouteille ou flacon avec cette cape, avant arrachage de sa bande de garantie 8, le jonc intérieur 9 prévu à la partie inférieure de cette bande, venant se bloquer, comme prévu dans le brevet principal, sous le bord serti de la capsule sertie obturant la bouteille ou le flacon 3 vienne se bloquer, dans le cas où cette capsule sertie n'existe pas, et que cette cape est utilisée pour le bouchage, et non le surbouchage, de la bouteille ou du flacon, sous la contre-bague 16 du goulot de la bouteille ou du flacon 1.
