a. Dispositif permettant la cuisson au feu de bois de pizza, tartes, et tout autre aliment, avec possibilité de réglage et de contrôle de l'intensité de la combustion. b. Il comprend deux parties distinctes en matériaux : en béton : une voûte en forme d'<< Igloo >> venant s'ouvrir sur un bloc d'entrée. en métal : un collecteur de fumées venant s'emboîter au-dessus de la sortie des fumées et comportant un volet coulissant pour réglage du tirage. c. L'invention peut être utilisée à des fins professionnelles: restauration, à titre privé : en association avec un barbecue ou en remplacement de ce dernier.
