Abstract

L'invention concerne un ressort pneumatique et son procédé de fabrication. Ce ressort comprend essentiellement un boîtier tubulaire 1C terminé par une partie déformée en forme de cuvette 24 suivie d'une partie en forme de cloche 16, les deux parties étant reliées par un orifice 28. Dans le tube 10 est inséré un tampon en élastomère 30 et un piston 32 dont la tige 34 est guidée par une douille 36 associée à un joint 38. Le tampon 30 comporte une première section 42 avec une lèvre d'étanchéité 44, une seconde section 46 avec des rainure axiales et une partie d'extrémité convexe adaptée à la forme du fond 24. On introduit une charge de gaz sous pression par la partie 16 et le tampon 30 assure alors l'étanchéité sans qu'on ait besoin de souder l'orifice 28. L'invention s'applique à la fabrication de ressorts pneumatiques.
