Abstract

Un resorte de gas mejorado constituido por un cuerpo metálico tubular en el que hay montado con posibilidad de deslizamiento estanco un pistón que está unido a un vástago que se prolonga a través de un cierre hermético de un extremo del cuerpo tubular y estando delimitado el otro extremo del cuerpo tubular por un fondo con cierre estanco que permite contener en el interior un gas a presión caracterizado por el hecho de que el cierre estanco está constituido por un tapón (30) de un material elastomérico insertado en el cuerpo tubular (10, 110) y el cual comprende una primera zona (42) en forma de copa que tiene una pestaña de cierre (44) hacia el lado del pistón (32), la cual se acopla con resiliencia a la superficie interior del cuerpo tubular (10, 110), y una segunda zona (46) que se extiende en la dirección longitudinal del cuerpo tubular (10, 110) y con una forma que se acopla en una cierta longitud a la superficie interior de dicho cuerpo tubular de modo que el tapón (30) se sitúe coaxialmente en el cuerpo tubular (10, 110), y por el hecho de que el fondo está formado por un extremo del cuerpo tubular, que es contraído por deformación plástica de modo que define una concavidad anular (24, 124) que sujete al tapón (30) en el cuerpo tubular (10, 110) y teniendo la segunda zona (46) del tapón (30) en su extremo (48) una convexidad que se acopla a la concavidad del fondo del cuerpo tubular.
