Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cuve de vinification, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un récipient 1 de capacité variable, une embouchure 4 de chargement et de déchargement, des moyens de support 7 et 7' collaborant avec la tête dudit récipient 1, pouvant accomplir des mouvements oscillatoires en pivotant autour d'un axe-pivot 6, ainsi que des moyens de commande 8 desdits mouvements. L'invention est particulièrement indiquée pour la vinification.
