Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en cubas rotativas horizontales de vinificaciónmontadas sobre roldanas y que comprenden en su superficie interna una paleta enrollada en forma de hélice cuyo desarrollo va de una de sus extremidades que sirve de fondo a la otra extremidad obturada por una puerta amovible estanca en el extremo de un tronco de cono que prolonga la parte cilíndrica o virola de la cuba y de un elemento fijado en la parte cónicaestando provista la cuba de un emparrillado de escurrimientode órganos de regulaciónde llenado y de trasegadocaracterizado porque el elemento fijado en la parte cónica es una paleta de paso dy sentido idénticos a la paleta cuyo desarrollo va del fondo a la abertura de la cuba obturada por la puerta amovible que engendra una extracción de los residuos continua.
