Abstract

La cuve objet de l'invention comporte une virole cylindrique 2 obturée en une extrémité par un fond 3 tandis que son autre extrémité se prolonge par une partie conique 4 obturée par une porte amovible étanche 5. Sur la paroi intérieure de la cuve tant cylindrique 2 que conique 4 est fixée une pale enroulée 8 se développant du fond 3 à la porte étanche 5, en la partie conique 4, une seconde pale enroulée 9 se développe de la porte étanche 5 jusque sur une portion de la partie cylindrique 2 de telle sorte que lors de la rotation de la cuve en la phase extraction, celle-ci a lieu de façon continue. Le cuve peut être utilisée pour la vinification et le stockage des vins ou autres liquides pouvant être fermentescibles ou pour le stockage et brassage de matières solides ou solides liquides.
