Abstract

L'invention concerne une cartouche pour ruban encré sans fin. Elle comprend un récipient pour le ruban et une paire de galets pour l'avancement du ruban. Le récipient comprend une zone de magasin servant à loger le ruban et une zone de guidage qui entoure la tête d'impression. La zone de guidage est munie d'une série de nervures qui renverse un tronçon de ruban à 180 degrés pour former une bande de Moebius. Les galets de la cartouche sont libres de se mouvoir radialement dans des sièges correspondants du récipient et sont conçus pour s'adapter à deux tourillons de la machine. L'un des deux tourillons est moteur, l'autre est antagoniste et poussé par un ressort contre le tourillon moteur. L'invention s'applique aux imprimantes à tête d'impression à fils.
