Abstract

Dispositif pour appliquer une couche de matière plastique sur un récipient en verre 55 tel qu'une bouteille. Des moyens 63, 64, 65, 67, permettent de faire tourner le récipient 55 sur lui-même. Des éléments d'enduction 73 à gicleurs sont disposés au-dessus d'un poste d'enduction, pour appliquer une couche de matière plastique à l'état liquide sur le recipient 55. Chaque élément d'enduction 73 à gicleurs est associé à une zone déterminée du récipient en rotation. Des moyens d'alimentation 84 amènent à chaque gicleur des éléments 73 une quantité déterminée de liquide, pour réaliser sur chaque zone de la bouteille une couche d'épaisseur désirée. Application aux systèmes d'enduction de bouteilles en verre et autres récipients analogues, pour en améliorer l'endurance en service et réduire les risques d'eclatement des bouteilles et leurs conséquences.
