Abstract

La présente invention concerne des compositions monolithiques réfractaires destinées à chemiser divers fours de fusion et autres fours industriels, récipients pour métal fondu, etc. Ces compositions contiennent les ingrédients suivants : 3 à 12 % en poids d'argile réfractaire, 0,1 à 5 % en poids de poudre d'aluminium métallique d'une pureté de 90 % ou plus, d'un diamètre particulaire de 0,074 mm ou moins pour 50 % en poids ou plus de la poudre d'aluminium, une faible quantité d'agent défloculant, une faible quantité de coagulant, un inhibiteur de réaction pour la poudre d'aluminium en une proportion de 0 à 0,5 % en poids, l'agrégat réfractaire de dimension particulaire déterminée constituant le reste.
