Abstract

Mélange alimentaire pour animaux à base d'hydrates de carbone, de protéines, de matières grasses et éventuellement d'additifs usuels, avec 5 à 20 ppm de l'antibiotique virginiamycine et des enzymes protéolytiques en quantités correspondant à une activité enzymatique de 0,05 à 2,5 mTU/g. Ces mélanges alimentaires se caractérisent en ce qu'ils présentent un defaut en constituants de valeur et éventuellement en énergie convertible représentant jusqu'à 20 % par rapport aux mélanges alimentaires correspondants de valeur entière. L'antibiotique et les enzymes compensent le défaut de valeur nutritive.
