Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'obtention d'acides aristolochiques par extraction alcaline d'espaces d'aristoloches. Ce procédé comprend les opérations suivantes : a. on extrait la drogue en milieu faiblement alcalin, b. on acidifie l'extrait, c. on répartit finement et on dissout le précipité formé dans un solvant organique non miscible à l'eau, d. on extrait la solution obtenue avec un alcali aqueux, e. on acidifie l'extrait et f. on sépare le produit précipité et on le recristallise éventuellement. Le dessin représente le spectre infrarouge des acides obtenus selon l'invention. Applications : industrie pharmaceutique; fabrication de médicaments.
