Abstract

Produit alimentaire nouveau ayant le goût, l'aspect et l'onctuosité de la mayonnaise, avec cependant une très faible teneur en calories. Pour le fabriquer, on mélange de l'huile de paraffine et des jaunes d'oeufs à du lait sec, en poudre ou en granulés, ces derniers devant préalablement être dissous dans du citron ou dans du vinaigre. On peut faire le mélange aussi relevé qu'on le désire, par l'adjonction de diverses herbes aromatiques, de condiments ou d'épices. Cette sauce peut remplacer, pour le goût et l'agrément, toute autre bonne mayonnaise dans les régimes d'amaigrissement; elle peut même contribuer à provoquer une perte de poids, grâce à sa teneur en huile de paraffine.
