Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une structure composite de panneau à partir d'un panneau de carton ondulé et d'une feuille d'aspect. L'ébauche 26 initialement plate de panneau en carton ondulé et la feuille d'aspect 28 sont serrées entre des blocs de matrice 12 et 14 respectivement, pour prendre une configuration incurvée, l'un des blocs de matrice étant chauffé à une température supérieure à celle de l'autre. L'invention s'applique notamment à la fabrication de panneaux composites d'isolation thermique ou phonique pour véhicules automobiles, navires ou avions.
