Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de synthèse de cholesta-5,7-diène-3 beta ,25-diol et de cholesta-5,7-diène-1 alpha -3 beta ,25-triol à partir d'un aldéhyde et d'un ylide. Elle concerne également divers composés intermédiaires de ce procédé. Les stérols obtenus par synthèse dans la présente invention sont des intermédiaires dans la production de métabolites 25-hydroxyliques de la vitamine D et de leurs analogues, destinés à être utilisés dans le traitement de divers troubles du métalobisme du calcium.
