Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à la chimie organique industrielle. Elle concerne un procédé d'oxydation catalytique en phase vapeur d'une oléfine en C3 -C5 en aldéhyde non saturé en alpha , beta avec peu d'acide non saturé en alpha , beta , par mise en contact de l'oléfine, d'oxygène, d'un gaz inerte modérateur et, éventuellement, d'eau en proportions adéquates, avec un catalyseur approprié à une température de 300-500 degrés C pendant un temps suffisant pour obtenir une conversion de 25 à 80 % de l'oléfine en aldéhyde; séparation de l'oléfine n'ayant pas réagi et du sous-produit gaz inerte du courant de produit; et recyclage de l'oléfine et du sous-produit. Utilisation par l'industrie chimique, en particulier pour la production d'acroléine.
