Abstract

Appareil pour stocker des repas et les maintenir prêts à la distribution. Il comporte un coffre, au moins un plateau pouvant être introduit dans le coffre, destiné à recevoir des récipients contenant les mets du repas, ainsi qu'un organe de chauffage pouvant être mis en marche et arrêté pour réchauffer les mets chauds. Le plateau 40 comporte une zone 44 avec un compartiment de chauffe 48, accessible horizontalement et destiné a recevoir les mets chauds. L'organe de chauffage 38 associé au plateau 40 et pouvant être mis en circuit lors de l'introduction de celui-ci, s'étend horizontalement dans le volume intérieur 15, 16, 17 du coffre 12 de sorte que, lors de introduction du plat 40, il est introduit dans le compartiment de chauffe 48.
