Abstract

The industrial building framework consists of a rectangular frame formed of U-shaped sections made of galvanized steel. The U-opening is facing outwards, and the base at least is fixed to the end of two uprights. The U-shaped sections are joined by welding, screwing or riveting. A longitudinal girder made of hardwood is anchored onto a base for assembling the frames, in the position as required for the shape of the building being constructed. Each frame is joined to the adjacent frame by means of wooden blocks inserted into cavities and screwed in place.
