Abstract

The roller is for the application of cladding inthe form of a coating, particularly containing granular material. The sleeve portion (7) of the roller has a smooth cylindrical external surface. This portion can be a section of plastic tube, fixed at each end to a flange (5, 6). each flange has a hole for the stirrup portion (3) of the handle (1, 2) and which acts as the roller spindle. Alternatively the sleeve portion can be a metal tube with flanges fixed to the ends. A nut (12) can be screwed onto the end of the stirrup portion, allowing roller removal from the latter.
