Abstract

The check valve is of the type having a spring-loaded (13) particularly conical, closure member (10), capable of engaging a seat (9), the member being arranged on a shaft (14) carried in a bush (16). The shaft is provided with a radially extending disc (28) at the free shaft end (27) extending through the bush. The seat may be arranged in a cylindrical housing (3) which can be inserted in a bore (2) of an apparatus. The bush is preferably secured by three equally spaced radial ribs (17) to a ring (18) inserted in the housing. The ring may be secured to the housing by a snap-action connection (21, 22).
