Abstract

A head is attached to the neck of a container (11) holding the additive by a bayonet connection, with a screw connection (10) one end for the water supply, and a delivery nozzle (13) at the other end. An injection tube (20) projects downwards to the bottom of the container and fits into a distributer (19) with a protective gauze (79). By means of a button (14) a cylinder (31) can be rotated so as to introduce various sizes of feed sleeves (38) into the flow of the mixture so as to vary the mixture. By pressing a button on the side a transverse rod (65) is pushed to operate a valve to permit water to pass down the vertical tube (20) to center the container to give the initial mixture.
