Abstract

A first reticule (1) is illuminated by internal light source (3) and partially transparent plane mirror (5) such that the light from the reticule is reflected to one side of the mirror (5). The light impinges on a converging lens (7) for forming an image at infinity of the first reticule (1). A second reticule lies along the second axis in the focal plane of the converging leans at the other side of the mirror (5), this reticule being formed by the real image (10) of a third reticule (8) centred on the first axis (2) at the opposite side of the mirror (5) to the first reticule (1), and illuminated by the image light of the latter.
