Abstract
The slide projector optical system is used for fading- in and includes a single light source (2), a condenser lens (3) and an objective lens (5) with their optical axes at an angle to one another, two guides (7, 8) for the slide supports two total internal reflection elements (13, 14) and two semi-reflecting mirrors (11, 16). The latter are positioned parallel to one another and at 45 degrees to the two optical axes, the first mirror (11) lying on the axis of the condenser lens between the two total internal reflection elements (13, 14). The second mirror (16) is positioned facing the first total internal reflection element (13), so that the light from the source (2) follows two Z paths. The two guides (7, 8) for the slide supports are centred perpendicularly on the two Z paths, such that their respective distances to the focus of the objective are equal.
