Piezo-ceramic compsn. contains in mol.%: PbZrO3 36.60-54.80; PbTiO3 36.6-60.35; Me2+ZrO3 0.04-5.65; Me2+TiO3 0.04-4.80; Ax2+By3+MnzO3 0.80-6.00; where X = 1/2, 1; y = 2/3, 1, Z = 1/2; A2+ = Zn, Cd, Ni, Co; B3+ = Bi; Me2+=SR, Ba, Ca, A2+ = Cu; B3+ = La; y = 1/3, z = 1/4, 3/4. The compsn. has high Qm and Kp, and low dielectric loss factor.
