Abstract
Ceramic body consists of mixed crystals of lead zirconate and lead titanate contg. lanthanum oxide with a compsn. as given in formula (I) Pb1-1.5yLay(ZrXTi1-x)O3 (where O55 = x =0.62; and (0.3x-0.118) = y = (0.3x - 0.094). Esp., suitable for use in pick-up heads, as a result of possessing a combination of a high value of the planar coupling factor with a high value of the dielectric constant.
