Abstract
Piezoceramic material (I) contg. PbTiO3 (II), PbZrO3 (III) and PbB' 1-alpha B" alpha O3 (IV) also contains PbB"' 1-a Biv alpha O3 (V), (in which B' and B"' are Nb5+, W6+; B" and Biv are Zn2+, Mg2+, Co2+, Mn2+, Ni2+; alpha = 1/2 for W6+ and 1/3 for Nb5+; if B' and B"' are Nb5+, then B" is Mg2+, and Biv is not Mn2+), the proportions of the components being 30.0-52.5 (37.5-42.5)(mole)% (II); 25.0-47.6 (33.0-42.0)% (III); 1.5-28.4 (5.0-15.0)% (IV) and 2.3-29.4 (5.0-15.0)% (V). The material is used in radioelectronics, acoustics, hydroacoustics, ultrasonic delay guides and filter technology. Electrical parameters and mech. quality suited to each of these fields can be obtd. (I) opt. contains modifying oxides.
