Abstract

The fibrous substances (e.g. wood fibre, flax, asbestos wool or glass fibre) in a surface dried condition are placed in a flat mould to which is then added the liquid reaction components for making the polyurethane foam. The materials are held in the mould until the foaming process has ended. Products are used as light weight building panels.
