Abstract

Plastic panels are produced by (a) supporting two sheets or laminates of plastic material by a peripheral frame of plastic material so as to form a space between them and (b) injecting an expanded plastic material into this space so as to bond together the frame and sheets or laminates in a stable manner. Esp. useful for door construction. The panels are composed entirely of plastic material and are produced simply, rapidly and economically without the use of fixing accessories.
