Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Leichtbaukörpern bzw. -platten unter Verwendung langfaserigen Materials, wie Holzwolle, Flachsreste, Asbestfasern, Glasfasern oder dgl., sowie eines Binders.The invention relates to a method for producing Lightweight structures or panels using long-fiber materials such as wood wool, flax scraps, asbestos fibers, Glass fibers or the like, and a binder.
Bei bisher bekannten Leichtbauplatten wird als langfaseriges Material Holzwolle und als Bindemittel Zement oder Magnesit verwendet. Diese bekannten Leichtbauplatten haben jedoch ein verhältnismäßig hohes Gewicht, eine geringe Wärmedämmung,. eine geringe Festigkeit und ferner auch eine verhältnismäßig rauhe Oberfläche. Zur Erhöhung der Wärmedämmung hat man deshalb an der Außenseite der Leichtbauplatten je eine Hartschaumplatte, aus Polyurethan oder Polystyrol angeordnet. Hierbei traten jedoch besondere Schwierigkeiten bei der Verbindung der Leichtbauplatten mit den Hartschaumplatten auf. Im übrigen waren derartige Platten teuer in der Herstellung oder auch mit den meisten eingangs erwähnten Nachteilen behaftet. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß das langfaserige Material in oberflächentrockenem Zustand mit den vereinigten flüssigen Reaktionskomponenten von Polyurethan-Hartschaum als Binder in eine Form gebracht und dort bis zur Beendigung des Aufschäumprozesses belassen werden. Dieses Verfahren ist mit einfachsten Mitteln durchführbar. Es lassen sich Leichtbaukörper mit den verschiedensten Formen herstellen. Der Polyurethan-Hartschaum hat den Vorteil, daß er alle Hohlräume der Form restlos, ausfüllt. Das langfaserige Material bildet in dem fertigen Körper eine Armierung, die ihm eine hohe Biegefestigkeit verleiht. Ferner weist der Leichtbau-Ürper ein geringes Gewicht, eine höhere Wärmedämmung als bisher und auch eine glatte Oberfläche auf. Auch gegenüber Feuchtigkeitseinflussen ist er weitgehend unempfindlich. Der verwendete Polyurethan-Hartschaum hat eine vielfache Funktion. Er dient als Binder, als Füllstoff und als Isoliermaterial. Insbesondere wirkt sich die Verwendung von Polyurethan-Hartschaum auch bei der Herstellung von kaschierten oder armierten Platten oder Leichtbaukörpern aus. Hier dient der 'Polyurethan-Hartschaum nämlich nicht nur zur Verbindung der einzelnen Fasern und zum Ausfüllen der Hohlräume sondern auch zur Verbindung mit den Deckfolien oder -platten.
