Claims (9)
1. Sätt att med hjälp av ett flertal fördelningsorgan, t.ex. dysor eller sprldare (30-33;34,41;57), tillsätta bindemedel till nybildade 5 mineralullsfibrer medan de är suspenderade i en luft- eller gasström (7;28,28') och pä väg mot en uppsamlingsanordning (29;47), där mineral-ullsfibrerna först uppsamlas till en tunn bana, primärbanan (16), vil-ken senare sammanläggs, t.ex. genom veckning, till en tjockare, slutlig bana (21), sä att den ena kanten pä primärbanan bildar den slutliga 10 banans överskikt och den andra kanten bildar dess underskikt, k ä n -netecknat av att bindemedel eller bindemedelsblandningar av olika slag och eventuellt med olika doseringar tillsätts olika delar av fibersuspensionen sä att olika skikt i den färdiga banans tjockleks-riktning konuner att innehalla olika bindemedel eller bindemedelsbland-15 ningar och eventuellt även olika bindemedelshalter, där den eller de delar av fibersuspensionen som bildar primärbanans ena längsgaende sidokant respektive bäda längsgaende sidokanter tillförs ett annat bindemedel än det som tillförs suspensionen i övrigt. 20
2. Sätt enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den del av fibersuspensionen, som efter sammanläggning genom veckning i huvud-sak bildar den slutliga banans över- eller underskikt, genom ett eller flera fördelningsorgan, tillsätts bindemedel av annat slag än det bindemedel, huvudbindemedlet, som päförs den del av fibersuspensionen som 25 i huvudsak bildar resten av den slutliga banan.
3. Sätt enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att de delar av fibersuspensionen, som efter sammanläggning genom veckning i huvudsak bildar den slutliga banans över- och underskikt, genom ett eller 30 flera särskilda fördelningsorgan, päförs bindemedel av annat slag äh det bindemedel, huvudbindemedlet, som päförs den del av fibersuspensionen som i huvudsak bildar resten av den slutliga banan. k
4. Sätt enligt patentkrav 1,2 eller 3, kännetecknat av att 35 den eller de kanter pä primärbanan (16), som innehäller ett annat bin- 16 96213 demedel än huvudbindemedlet komprimeras, t.ex. med en vals eller rulle, innan primärbanan (16) sammanläggs till en slutlig bana (21).
5. Sätt enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, känneteck- 5. a t av att ett annat bindemedel än huvudbindemedlet tillförs del av fibersuspensionen son efter sammanläggning genom veckning av primärbanan i huvudsak bildar den slutliga banans överskikt eller underskikt och att ytterligare ett annat bindemedel än huvudbindemedlet tillförs den del av fibersuspensionen som i huvudsak bildar den slutliga banans 10 underskikt resp. överskikt.
6. Sätt enligt föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat av att bindemedelshalten i den slutliga banans bäda over- och underskikt är olika, och företrädesvis ocksä har annan bindemedelshalt än bindeme- 15 delshalten i resten av banan.
7. Sätt enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, känneteck-na t av att huvudbindemedlet tillförs alia delar av fibersuspensionen sä, att i de skikt där ett annat bindemedel föreligger, huvudbindemedlet 20 föreligger i tillägg till detta.
8. Sätt enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat av att huvudbindemedlet är organiskt, t.ex. en fenolhartsresol, och att ätminstone en av de delar av fibersuspensionen, som i huvudsak ' ?5 bildar den slutliga banans ytterskikt tillförs ett oorganiskt bindemedel, t.ex. en lersuspension.
