Claims (2)

1. Förfarande för framställning av trinatriumsalt av isoserin-N,N-diättiksyra med formeln I 5 NaOOC-CH, OH \ I ^-CH2-CH-COONa (I) NaOOC-CH2 10 genom omsättning av akrylnitril med vattenhaltig väteper-oxid tili glycidsyraamid med formeln II /°v 0 / \ Il h2c-CH-C-NH2 (II) 15 varefter föreningen med formeln II ytterligare bringas att reagera med dinatriumsaltet av iminodiättiksyra med formeln III NaOOOCH, 2\
20 NH (III) NaOOC-CH2^ och den sälunda erhällna lösningen bringas att reagera med < ' * en basisk natriumförening för att ästadkomma föreningen 25 med formeln I, kännetecknat därav, att det * * utförs kontinuerligt, varvid framställningsstegen följer varandra: • · · V * a) akrylnitril och vattenhaltig väteperoxid bringas att reagera med varandra vid ett pH av 7 - 8 och vid en 30 temperatur av 30° - 60 eC, : b) oreagerade akrylnitril avlägsnas destillativt, • · · ···- c) reaktionsblandningen leds över ett fast kontakt- element för nedbrytning av väteperoxid, d) den sälunda erhällna vattenhaltiga lösningen av '·...· 35 föreningen II bringas att reagera med föreningen III vid ett pH av 7 - 9 och vid en temperatur av 40° - 90 °C, • · * II: 96767 13 e) den resulterande lösningen bringas att reagera med en basisk natriumförening vid ett pH 9 - 14 och vid en temperatur av 60° - 95 °C, f) den uppkomna ammoniaken avlägsnas destillativt, 5 och g) den sälunda erhällna vattenhaltiga lösningen av föreningen I upparbetas, ifall önskvärt, tili den fasta föreningen I ρέ i och för sig känt sätt.
