Claims (2)

  1. 아크릴로니트릴과 과산화수소 수용액을 반응시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 글리시드아미드를 얻고, 그 다음 얻어진 (Ⅱ)와 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 이미노 디아세트산의 2 나트륨염을 방응시켜 다음 구조식(I)의 이소세린-N,N-디아세트산의 3 나트륨염을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 그 방법이 연속적으로 수행되고, 계속하여 a) 30 내지 60℃에서 pH7 내지 8의 범위에서 아크릴로 니트릴과 과산화수소 수용액을 서로 반응시키고, b) 비전환된 아크릴로니트릴을 증류하여 제거하고, c) 반응혼합물을 고체 과산화수소 분해 촉매위를 통과 시키고, d) 얻어진 (Ⅱ)의 수용액을 40 내지 90℃에서, pH9 내지 14의 범위에서 염기성 나트륨화합물과 반응시켜, f) 형성된 암모니아를 증류제거하고, 그리고 g) 바람직하다면 (I)의 얻어진 수용액을 통상의 방법으로 처리하여 고체(I)을 얻음을 특징으로하는 다음 구조식(I)의 이소세린-N,N-디아세트산의 3 나트륨염의 제조방법:
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응단계 a),d) 및 e)는 3단계의 각각을 위해 2 또는 그 이상의 교반케틀이 요구되는 교반케틀 케스 케이드내에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
