Claims (10)

1. Förfarande för blekning av lignocellulosamate-rlal som har med xylanas hydrolyserbara xylocidiska bind- 5 ningar, kännetecknat därav, att nämnda ligno-cellulosamaterial behandlas (a) med syre eller en syrehaltig gas i en syrebe-handling vilken utförs i ett alkaliskt medium för att ästadkomma delignifiering och/eller blekning av nämnda 10 material ooh (b) med en tillräcklig mängd av väsentligen cellu-lasfri xylanas i en xylanasbehandling för att ästadkomma hydrolys av nämnda hydrolyserbara xylocidiska bindningar i nämnda material; 15 varvid ett blekt lignocellulosamaterial erhälls.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att lignocellulosamaterialet behandlas i en vattensuspension med en konsistens av 3 - 35 vikt-% med syre eller en syrehaltig gas, varvid syrets 20 partialtryck är 207 - 1724 kN/m2 tryckenheter, vid 70 -170 °C i 10 - 90 minuter.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att lignocellulosamaterialet behandlas i en vattensuspension med en konsistens av 1 - 20 .. 25 vikt-% med 1 - 500 IU/ml xylanas vid 20 - 80 °C i 1 - 48 timmar.

Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att lignocellulosamaterialet dessutom underkastas minst en av följande behand- 30 lingar; .· behandling i en vattenhaltig lösning med klor och/- eller klordioxid; behandling i en alkalisk lösning i närvaro av pero-xid; och 35 behandling i en vattenhaltig lösning med hypoklo- rit, ozon eller svaveldioxid. t 94265
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att det blekta lignocellu-losamaterialet underkastas extrahering eller oxlderande extrahering i en vattenhaltig lösning med en alkallbas. 5
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att lignocellulosamaterialet efter behandlingarna med xylanas och syre eller en syrehaltig gas behandlas i en vattenhaltig lösning med klor och/eller klordioxid, detta material underkastas extrahering eller 10 oxiderande extrahering i en vattenhaltig lösning med en aikaiibas och sedan behandlas i en vattenhaltig lösning med klordioxid.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att lignocellulosamaterialet efter 15 behandlingarna med xylanas och syre eller en syrehaltig gas behandlas i en vattenhaltig lösning med klordioxid och sedan behandlas i en vattenhaltig alkalisk lösning med väteperoxid.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, 20 kännetecknat därav, att ett tvättningssteg eller förtjockningssteg tillsätts efter xylanasbehandlin-gen för att erhälla ett sädant filtrat som innehäller res-terande aktiv xylanas och som kan äteranvändas genom att nämnda filtrat tillsätts i ett lignocellulosamaterial som .. 25 skall behandlas med xylanas.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8, kännetecknat därav, att nämnda xylanas är er-hällen frän en rekombinantmikroorganism som är producerad genom att föra hybridplasmiden Streptomyces lividans tili 30 en mutantvärdstam med en väsentligen cellulosanegativ ak-.· tivitet, varvid nämnda plasmid är framställd genom att foga en xylanas(xln)gen som erhällits frän Streptomyces lividans 66 -stam tili en vektorplasmid pIJ702.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 9, känne-35 tecknat därav, att värdstammen är Streptomyces lividans 10-164 -dubbelmutantstam med en väsentligen xyla-nasnegativ aktivitet.
